Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck4r ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the ck4r website accessible at ck4r.io and all services, products, features, and content offered through the platform.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing any bet, or accessing any game, live casino table, or promotional offer on ck4r, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of any third party, you further confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ck4r's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ck4r.

Eligibility

Access to ck4r is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by ck4r for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ck4r or any of its affiliated software or payment partners.

ck4r reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by ck4r may result in the temporary suspension of your account and restriction of access to your account balance pending resolution.

Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and slot services on ck4r, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ck4r. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited regardless of the purpose. Where ck4r identifies that a single individual holds more than one account, ck4r reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any bets placed or bonuses claimed across those accounts.

ck4r reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to any specific product, market, or promotional offer available on the platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck4r username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.

You must notify ck4r support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any disclosure of your login credentials to a third party, or any other security incident affecting your account. ck4r will take reasonable steps to investigate reported security incidents but cannot accept liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

ck4r recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account where this feature is available. You must not use automated tools, scripts, bots, or any other software to access, interact with, or extract data from your ck4r account or the platform more broadly.

Deposits

All deposits on ck4r are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via mobile wallet channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer channels may differ and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. ck4r does not accept deposits from payment accounts held by third parties. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, ck4r reserves the right to return the funds to the originating account and to suspend your ck4r account pending investigation.

ck4r does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond ck4r's control. Deposit processing times vary by payment channel: mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your ck4r balance within seconds under normal operating conditions.

ck4r reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts at any time for responsible gaming, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits from the account dashboard.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from your ck4r account dashboard at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.

Before a withdrawal request can be processed, ck4r may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. ck4r will notify you of any outstanding verification requirements at the time the withdrawal request is submitted.

Withdrawals are processed in BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal amount per transaction for verified accounts, though ck4r may apply processing limits during peak periods, which will be communicated to affected players. ck4r does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider's standard transaction charges may apply.

Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be removed from your account before the withdrawal is processed. Real-money funds that are not subject to active wagering requirements are not affected by this provision.

Bonuses & Promotions

ck4r offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail in respect of that promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ck4r promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that remain unconverted at the expiry of the promotion period will be removed from your account.
• ck4r reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using any technical exploit, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus wagering — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

ck4r's Loyalty Program operates under its own separate terms, accessible via the Loyalty Program page. Points earned through the Loyalty Program are non-transferable, have no cash value outside of the redemption mechanism described in the Loyalty Program terms, and expire in accordance with the conditions stated therein.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ck4r are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. These rules are available within the betting section of the platform for each sport and market type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that bet.

ck4r reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed on an event or market that was incorrectly listed due to a manifest error in odds, event data, or market description.
• The outcome of the event has been affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the sport in question.
• The bet was placed after the event or market had already closed, due to a technical error that failed to prevent the placement.
• The player had access to information that was not publicly available at the time the bet was placed (insider information).

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at ck4r's discretion. Bets placed before a market suspension are valid unless they fall within the void conditions described above. ck4r's decision on the settlement of all bets is final and binding, subject to any formal dispute resolution process initiated in accordance with Section 17.

Casino & Slots

Casino games and slot titles available on ck4r are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage and game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

ck4r does not control the outcome of any casino game or slot spin. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by human dealers in a studio environment. • Placing bets on behalf of any third party, or acting as a proxy for another individual's gambling activity.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or tool to interact with the platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker or any game where player interaction can influence outcomes.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ck4r staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from any part of the ck4r platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ck4r platform — including but not limited to the ck4r brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game integrations, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to ck4r and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on ck4r without the express prior written consent of ck4r. Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of any data from the ck4r platform is strictly prohibited.

Privacy

ck4r collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ck4r.io/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

ck4r will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and game studios to the extent necessary to operate the platform and fulfil the services described in these Terms. All data sharing is subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension & Closure

ck4r reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where ck4r has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the ck4r platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure follows a finding of breach, ck4r may withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation and reserves the right to apply set-off against any losses ck4r has suffered as a result of the breach.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ck4r support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to any applicable withdrawal verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck4r's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to ck4r in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ck4r shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any other intangible loss. This limitation applies regardless of whether ck4r has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck4r does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and events outside ck4r's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. ck4r will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance periods where practicable.

Amendments to These Terms

ck4r reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ck4r will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the ck4r platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ck4r platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always accessible at ck4r.io/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ck4r platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ck4r's support team with a written description of your complaint.

ck4r will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and will endeavour to provide a full response within ten (10) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for final resolution.

ck4r's decisions on the settlement and voiding of bets, the application of bonus terms, and the outcome of game rounds are made in good faith based on the available evidence and are final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in this section.
